    1. File a Claim with Your Insurance Company Only the policyholder is authorized to initiate a claim with the insurance provider. Contact your insurance company to start the process. 2. Bring Your Vehicle to Our Shop or Schedule a Free Pick-Up & Delivery You can either bring your vehicle to one of our shops or contact us via call or text to arrange a free pick-up and delivery service. Upon receiving your vehicle, you'll need to sign an authorization form allowing us to proceed with repairs and enabling your insurance to make direct payments to us. 3. We’ll Contact Your Insurance Adjuster and Submit Our Estimate Once we receive your vehicle, our team will promptly begin the repair process. We will notify your adjuster that we are handling the repairs and check whether your policy includes a rental car. If it doesn’t, we will provide one of our courtesy vehicles for your convenience. Before starting any work, we will send our repair estimate to your adjuster for approval. If you've already received a check and an estimate from your insurance company, the same process applies—except in this case, you will be responsible for the payment. 4. Insurance Approval & Repair Process Once your insurance adjuster and appraiser approve the estimate, we will begin repairing your vehicle. We specialize in high-quality, handcrafted Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), ensuring that all damages are fixed without painting—preserving your car’s original finish. Additionally, we only use new and genuine OEM parts for replacements. 5. Your Car is Repaired & Ready for Pick-Up or Delivery After a thorough quality inspection, we will provide a free car detailing service to return your vehicle in like-new condition. You can either pick it up at our shop or opt for free delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!
